CatSpy is a video surveillance application, which enables you to create video surveillance with the cameras connected to your computer.

CatSpy can record video footage into numerous video formats such as .AVI and .WMV, with the Windows Media format (.WVM) giving the most flexibility and quality in saving and playback of the videos.
